What is Motivation Intelligence?

Motivation Intelligence is the science of understanding what uniquely moves each person at work, not as a type or score, but as a personal, contextual, dynamic system of six drivers. It's a living understanding of what helps you perform at your best, and it evolves as you do.

How long does the assessment take?

About ten minutes. There are no right or wrong answers.

How does Peak Coach work?

Peak Coach is an AI tool trained on the Motivation Intelligence framework. It gives real-time, situation-specific guidance to employees and leaders based on how each person is motivated. Employees use it for self-reflection and activation. Leaders use it to prepare for conversations, resolve conflict, and support each person more effectively.

Is this the same as an engagement survey?

No. Engagement surveys are lagging indicators. Motivation Intelligence surfaces what people need to be at their best, a leading indicator you can act on before engagement drops.

How do you handle privacy and security?

We're built with privacy in mind and maintain SOC2-ready controls. Organizational insights are aggregated and anonymized via the Motivation Atlas. We can share our privacy policies and security overview upon request.
